Hi Ida! Thank you so much!! I'm having a ball using the Canson. I used to hate it years ago, but now it's just so easy to use!!! I haven't posted on WC for ages. I was so sick and tired of being harassed by one of the moderators that it's hard for me to even think of that place without crying. Maybe sometime I'll get over the hurt...maybe. I miss everybody there and it was such a huge part of my life. I also loved helping people. Thank you, ma'am!!!

This is wonderful!! So like the Demo's Lorenzo Chavez like to do!! He used the cansson, moonstone, and painted like magic!! These are really nice pastels you are doing and I hope you are framing some of them!! Have you posted any on WC?? They are all so worried about using Canson, and you make it sing!!! You should show them, as I know they would be interested. Keep it up Paula! Really great work.

Wonderful light going over this. Looks a lot like here in the summer!! Keep it up!!! Have you tried these colors - -Twilight, Tobacco, or pink. Or moonstone, these are the colors of canson I really like to use.

Hi Ida, I have only used Canson a couple of times since I started painting and hated it!!! I attended a workshop recently and the instructor asked us to use it, so I did and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to using it here in my studio and doing plein air too.

These pieces were from reference photos and were done at the workshop. The instructor did not touch the paintings.

I don't hink I left a comment on this but I did look at this yesterday too! Are you just getting use to the canson, or have you always used it from time to time??? Everyone one, it seems , on WC seems to hate it!! I also like using it, especially for plein-air--and I have uesed it from even large ones. Shoot, the only ones that I have sold have been on Caanson!!!
Yours are beautiful, so full of light and color---are these with photo references? or from plein air sketches? or are they plen-air? They look every fresh!
